as usual...early in the AM....clean up....
things running good till ......
i remember i was going to help decorate the church...
but suddenly ....
damn bad thing happen on me....
ooohhhhhh!!!!!pulled hamstring!!!!!
the pain was so shock till my tears was going to come out
later on....
in the PANTAI CHERAS hospital....
i was told by the DOC.....i can't do any exercise
the whole month!!!(OH !!!!isn't that suck!!!???)
